Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange.
No refunds will be allowed.

Store Credit is valid for one (1) calendar year, from receipt of your return and is valid on any item in store except sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom orders, Swimwear and Jewelry cannot be returned, under any circumstances.

Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items with obvious signs of use, not in its original condition, is damaged or for reasons not due to our error or Any item that is returned more than 10 days after delivery is ineligible for store credit or exchange.

Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your return will be processed either for an exchange or store credit. A credit will automatically be applied to your Courtney Noelle account, to be used as you wish within the allotted time.

If your return is rejected, it will be returned to you and ineligible for exchange or store credit.

Sale Items
Store Credit cannot be used on sale items. All sale items are Final Sale.

Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges are for size and/or color only. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Customerservice@shopcourtneynoelle.com and we will send return postage to the email on file. Print postage & drop your package off at your nearest USPS!

If you'd like another item that is greater in value, you must pay the difference before your exchange can be processed.

Gifts
Can be returned for exchange or store credit. The individual who purchased the gift will be responsible for the return.

Shipping
To return your product, Email us at Customerservice@shopcourtneynoelle.com and we will send return postage to the email on file. Print postage & drop your package off at your nearest USPS!

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
